Subject: Thanks for the Coffee!
Dear Sir Thank you so much for your generous donation of coffee to our squadron. We really appreciate it, and words can't describe how the guys felt when I came in lugging all that coffee. It tastes GREAT! I took two of the boxes and stashed them in our 'Go to War' shipping container. I think the boxes will come in handy this winter. In case you didn't know, the winter here to say the least is miserable. It rains non stop and the ground turns into a cold mud pit. Your coffee will do much to lift the spirits of the guys. I would like to get your mailing address. I am sending you and your Combat Coffee Team and squadron lithograph signed by everyone in the unit to say thanks. You and your employees have really made a difference. Your generosity will be talked about for some time to come. THANKS!
