Subject: Thank you
Dear MR. Frcek,
I want to thank you so much for the wonderfull gift of coffee that you have sent to us. I can not tell you how good it feels to wake up in the morning and smell the coffee brewing in the air. I gotta tell you that as soon as we opened the first box a pot was made of the Hazelnut coffee and the smell just filled the office. Several of us went sort of nuts just sitting there waiting for it to finish. A little about our unit here, we are stuck in a small Forward operating Base in Iraq. Most of the guys here live in tents as opposed to most of the other units here that have trailers to live in. We just got extended for an additional three months which I gotta tell you, just stinks. We had just passed the 6 month mark and we were all looking forward to the final 6 months and going home. Now, we are almost back to square one. The guys are taking it in stride though and handling each and every challenge that is thrown our way. We have made huge improvements in both the FOB and the city that we protect. As soon as I finish with this email, I am going to start writing thank you emails to each and every one of the contributors to thank them for the donation. Please thank all those who work behind the scenes who made this gift happen. I have sampled every kind that you sent us and I gotta tell you I was overwhelmed with the white chocolate christmas coffee as well as the hazelnut. You all hold a very special place in our hearts and we thank you so much again for the wonderfull gift. Always remember that the 10th Mountain Division will always have your back in Iraq.
Thank You so Much,
Charles P.
